Junior/College Fitness 

Our junior membership is offered for ages 12-18. Junior members aged 12-13 MUST have a parent or guardian with them at all times on the premises. Our college membership is offered to college students up to age 22, and a current school ID must be provided. We do not allow anyone under the age of 12 to enter our fitness areas of the club.


Adult Fitness

Our fitness membership includes full use of our free weight room, Hammerstrength room, Nautilus room, cardio room, NEW Cross-X room, basketball court, unlimited group fitness classes, and complimentary childcare. 


Group Fitness Schedules

Our Group fitness schedule changes monthly.

Personal Training at Gilford Hills can be scheduled by contacting the front desk (603)293-7546, or by sending an email to our Fitness Director at Missi@gilfordhills.com.
We also offer small group personal training that can be scheduled through our member portal.
