​​Welcome to our Gilford Hills Tennis & Fitness Adult Tennis Summer Camp! Get ready to sharpen your skills, ignite your passion for tennis, and have a blast on the court. Our camp is designed for adults of all skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the fundamentals to intermediate and advanced players aiming to take their game to the next level.


  • June 17th to June 21st, July 15th to July 20th, & August 5th to August 9th


  • Morning sessions: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm.
  • Evening sessions: Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
  • Limited to 16 participants per session each week. Attendees may opt for either or both morning and evening sessions.


  • Morning Sessions: $300 for members, $400 for non-members.
  • Evening Sessions: $135 for members, $235 for non-members.
  • Full Week: $430 for members, $530 for non-members.

​Our program focuses on the technical elements of tennis, including Forehand, Backhand, Volleys, and Serves, with drills carefully designed by our expert coaches tailored to your skill level and group. During the camp, participants will engage in one of our most popular activities, aerobic doubles, challenging you in dynamic doubles play scenarios.

​Following technical training, we will apply these skills in open-point drills, focusing on court positioning and consolidating what we've learned. The introduction of open-point play will incorporate various competition drills and scoring scenarios. At the end of the week, your coach will provide a personalized evaluation form, detailing your progress and areas for continued improvement post-camp.
